If you want to give your boss a gift for Christmas, you wouldn’t give him just a gift card or a greetings card from Wal-Mart will you? Of course not. If you do, he’ll think that you think he isn’t paying you enough. You should get him some sort of Executive Business Gifts, ones that he will be proud of and then you can hope to get a promotion right after the Christmas vacation. Graphic Designing

Some of the most artistic people in the world are graphic designers. Their skills of designing almost anything attractive just blows away anything I have ever done or anything I have ever tried to do. Programming works the same way but in my opinion, graphic design takes more skills and patience because if there is a mess up, you have to have the patience to fix it before getting all angry. And quite frankly, I have little patient at times and the only times I try ti learn Graphic Designing is when I am bored or have a lot of time in my hands besides updating my blogs and other sites of course.

Graphic designers often use programs such as Adobe PhotoShop and Gimp. Photoshop is a paid software made by the huge company known as Adobe and right now the latest product is called Adobe Photoshop CS3 and I have CS2. Gimp is a free software and it’s just as good but I just don’t know how to use it. It requires that you have multiple windows open and I get disorganized with that. Well if you want to want to become a graphic designer, I wish you luck and wish me luck on getting my MoJo back to learn on my own.

Mortgage Rates

From what I have seen in the past and from what I’ve heard from people with experience with getting mortgages, finding low mortgage rates anywhere is difficult whether you live in the United States or in the United Kingdom. And even within these two individual nations, finding good and low rate mortgage deals is hard. Let’s say you live in Minnesota and your friend lives in New York. The minnesota mortgage rates will never be the same as New York.

So why wouldn’t the mortgage rates in Minnesota and New York differ? Well first, these are very far away from each other and second, the land is different. Unlike Minnesota, New York’s population is a lot denser so you can assume the need and want for property is higher in New York than most other stats. That’s a huge reason why property taxes here are so high and since there is a higher number of population, lending companies tend to charge higher rates. Just before you get any mortgage or other types of loans, get information before getting screwed for your money.

Jumbo Loans

Doing a Jumbo loan refinance has to deal with a lot of money. In the United States, if your loan exceeds $417,000 then it is considered a jumbo loan. Don’t ask me why it’s not just $400,000 or even $420,000 because I have no idea. I assume that the country is weird when it comes to selecting limits for anything at all. Getting a jumbo loan is probably the worst type of loan to get because it is the hardest to get. Trying to convince a lender to give you a good rate on this will be extremely difficult and you can only get one easily with luck.

Getting just regular loans is difficult these days. Lending companies have a tendency to not trust the people that come to them for a loan. They want to give you the loan but then they don’t because they don’t think you’ll be able to pay the loan back in time and sometimes, it’s true. So if you do decide to take out a loan, make sure you can afford it or make sure you have a plan to pay it back. The last thing you want is a bank or a lending company on your tail looking for money.

Finding someone’s Public Records can be as easy as 1-2-3 if you go to the right place of course. This can be very useful in the business world. Lets say you want to partner up with someone to expand your business by merging with his. But you have no idea what type of a businessman he is. Usually businessmen have a larger and broader People Records can most others in all other fields. You can find out the places he has worked by doing an Employee Screening check and see if he has had any trouble.

You can also check your potential business partner’s Online Marriage Records and then surprise him by asking him “how’s your wife?” If he realizes that he never told you he was married, he would get a little frustrated. You can use that technique and keep them in line but you never know, he could be doing the same thing to you. It is a type of VoIP service also know as Voice Over IP connection. I am sure you have heard of people communicating online during game play and they are all in sync and they know what they are doing. You can assume that they are using ventrilo since that’s one of the best VoIP programs to use on the net for gaming communiations. Finding good premium ventrilo servers can be difficult on the web if you don’t know where to look. Well I’ll tell you where to look.

Happy Halloween

Today is October 31st and I would like to wish you all a Happy Halloween. I have seen kids outside with their costumes going door to door for candy keeping the great American tradition for the past few hundred years. My little sister has gone out do to the same with a few of her friends and hour neighbors and she has brought in a lot of candy.

I haven’t gone trick or treating since I was a little boy so I can’t expect to eat too much candy. But I will still wait for my sister to come back and see how much of thsoe candies she is willing to share. Have fun today!

Don’t Argue with Admin

If you are an admin and you have rules, do you really like people saying that they are completely wrong or BS and they should be changed? Of course not, so you should not be going around doing that about other sites. If you do not have a website to manage and you don’t know how that feels, just take my advice and don’t argue with the administrator’s rules because you will regret it later on and you will wish that you have listened to me before.

No one likes people to break their own rules. Arguing is one thing and arguing with admin about rules is another. You should NOT argue about the rules. You can always request or suggest that the rules be changed or get added on but if you go straight on attacking or insuling the rules, you won’t get too far in that forum because you are most likely to get banned. Good luck and Follow ALL Rules.

Upgrade Your CMS

CMS Stands for Content Management Softwares and it generally directs its attention to blogs, forums, and other content management softwares such as Joomla and Mambo. Why should you upgrade? Well first, you will probably be erasing all bugs and other security flaws that may be in your current version.

I always try to keep up to date with some of my largest sites with their CMS softwares, especially my forum which is vBulletin and updates come out faster than most other CMS including wordpress blogs. This post is especially for you if you own and manage a forum, you should always keep up to date with their updates because if a security flaw is created on your forum and the forum is hacked and shut down, you’ll have no one to blame but yourself for not upgrading so don’t make that mistake and do it when you have the time and chance.
