There are many, many ways of getting a decent PR or PageRank. As you have read from my previous posts, PR is attained by getting backlinks. The more you have the higher chance you have of getting a good PR. A good PR I would say is a PR1. Why? Because its not a 0 and it shows that you have put at least SOME work into it.
